The Summer House in its "Before" stage

Back in December, 2011 we updated the shingles on the roof of our House, Garage, Shoppe, and Summer House. The shingles were three layers deep and City Code requires a complete strip off before our new shingles could be added.

{This is a dusty mess I am cleaning up after even today!}

Oh, by the way, the new roofs look GREAT!

Copycat? or Borrower?

I wonder if I'm a BIG Copycat or just borrowing others' GREAT ideas to use in my home.
I have found soooo many tasteful decorating tips and tricks that I have been busily re-doing my Summer House for a month. I will try to get some photos up to document the past month.{and to share with you the wonderful blogs from which I've copied borrowed their ideas.}

Well, I have been following blogs for the past couple of months and have now half-way decided to give this a try. 

I love seeing all the wonderful inspiration shots and hope to gain some courage to post some of my own before and after projects.
